PORTSMOUTH, OH (WOWK) — A Portsmouth, Ohio guy was arrested for the theft of a household although the operator was in the clinic, in accordance to a Sunday release from the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office.
The launch stated that when the owner was in the hospital, a neighbor alerted her to a probable split in at her household making use of photos and online video Friday night. A deputy frequented the home to verify the burglary and seen symptoms of compelled entry.
A truck matching the description of the truck thought to be involved in the theft was then witnessed driving by the home and was quickly pulled above.

Brayden James Queen, 23, of Portsmouth was in the motor vehicle with an additional suspect. 1 of the suspects claimed that the other person asked for a ride to the victim’s home.
“The suspect, who stated that he had no know-how of the theft, encouraged that the other suspect encouraged him that he had permission to be there and that he had permission to just take the products,” the release claimed.
The male suspect reportedly assisted in the restoration of some of the stolen products. Stolen goods have been situated in the truck and at a home.
Queen is billed with theft, tampering with evidence, possession of criminals instruments and possession of medicines. He is being held on a $87,000 bond and will show up in Portsmouth Municipal Court docket on Monday.
